I have been on warfarin for over 3 years and my INR is repeatedly unstable. I have a dual pacemaker fitted and the nurse recommends that I change to Rivaroxaban. My only concern is that, unlike with warfarin, there is no antidote if I suffer a serious bleed and I have a history of stomach ulcers. Has anyone experience of this drug?

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
CAN YOU TRY SOMETHING ELSE?

I was on brilinta for over a year (standard proceedure for stent etc...)
I am lucky I could quit it after a year, but brilinta has an ancedote in case of bleed.
Would this work instead?
