Cycling 60 mile sportive

Today I completed 60 miles since my PM was inserted for low heart rate march 2016. Tough hilly course and did it in 4 hours so really pleased and I feel fine. Only stopped once for coffee and snacks. I also endured since my PM a vestibular problem which made me spaced out and this has also improved as I started to believe more in myself and my bodies abilities to recover. American Heidi Dohse paced 100 per cent an an athlete inspired me too for my training. Using mindfulness and law of attraction methods these really help.  My motto is dream it. Believe it.Achieve it.  My blessings go out to you all and I want to also thank the creators of the pacemaker.com for bringing us all together to support each other.

That is so awesome! As a newbie to the club I am so inspired by all of you who are continuing to be active and not let your PM define you. Thank you!

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.
