New to Club

I am new to this site.  I am scheduled to have an ICD-CRT placed on the the 7th of December.  I was diagnosed in May of this year with Dilated Cardiomyopathy.  I am 67 years old.  At that time my ejection fraction was 15%.  Because my blood pressure runs low, the Dr was unable to titrate the medicine that he felt would be helpful for me and I'm still coping with a low ejection fraction of 20%.   My question is this:  I seem to always be in a brain fog along with other symptoms of headaches,  being very tired, SOB, and a fluttering in my chest, especially at night.  I've not seen anyone else mention the brain fog....is this typical?

It is just over 10 years since a dual lead device was implanted for complete heart block. It has worked perfectly and I have traveled well near two million miles internationally since then.
