Throbbing sharp pain above collar bone by neck

my pace maker was put in Jan 3rd 18. 

I ended up in the ER Friday 12th from this throbbing pain above my collar bone by my neck. On the same side pacemaker.  I started to feel very sick to my stomach. They gave me something for nausea. 

Earlier that day my grandson noticed how huge my veins looked. I figured it was because my heart's beating the blood. 

They got everything calmed down in the ER. Went home tired. Spent the next two days asleep could not stay awake for anything. And ended up with very runny looses stools all weekend. 

I'm worried I had a blood clot or a anurizum. .

I'm in a very very small town so we don't have the best dr's.  I'm scared to death. Not sure what happened. . 

Has anyone had this happen after a pacemaker. 

Could really use some advice. I can't find anything online.

I had a double lead pacemaker. No meds prescribed unless I was already on them for years before up to the date. 

I had my procedure done in kalispell. By rocky mountain heart and lung. Good question about dr.  I will find out in the morning

Once again tonight my veins are starting to enlarge. I just hope I get threw the night with out something happening.  Fri I was up moving more as with today.  Going to start keeping a notes of what I doing and what's happening because of it.  

Ya great town of Libby dr's. What a joke.Went  in today to see my primary doctor. He thinks alot of what's going on is being caused by holding my left arm up to chest . I only do it when I walk because I can't wear a bra yet and it hurts in the pacemaker area if the move or bounce. 

Will let you know what my dr has to say.
