1 year post-op discomfort

Hi all,

I am currently on my 5th pacemaker and have had this one a little over a year. During surgery, my surgeon decided to go subpectoral and it looks good however I have been in pain every single day since surgery which was June of last year. In June of this year (2018), I got an x ray done to confirm that my rib had been pulled out of place during surgery--hence why I was still having unexplainable pain. We looked back at x-rays post surgery to confirm. Since we weren't sure what was going on for a year, I wasn't being treated. At that point, I started going to the chiropractor who helped some but the ligament that holds the rib is so weak that it can't hold my rib in place anymore. I'm considering surgery but have no idea what is the best route for me at this point since its not getting much better with adjustments.

I know this isn't pacer related but... anyone have thoughts or ideas? Going to see my EP in 2 days. My chiro says no surgery but I'm desperate to feel better.

My ICD/pacer is not a burden. I still play tennis and golf.
