Dizzy or weak spells

Hi
I have had a pacemaker since Aug 2008. I had dizzy spells until Oct off and on and then they quit. Now I have had 2 more in last 2 days. Anyone know what is causing them? Do I need an adjustment. I had passed out off and on all my life and they said it was blood sugar, but finally say heart rate at 19 beats per minute and they decided I needed one. I do not loose conciousness but need to lay down as in the past.
Help???

Ask them to check your settings. Call right after it happens because it may be something the pm's memory caught and if you get in soon enough it will still be there. If that doesn't work, they may want you to wear a Holter so they can see what happens.
