Blood pumping backwards??

I just talked to the nurse about my Echocardiogram on 9/30. She told me that it is normal and also said something the Echo showed that the blood is pumping backwards. I asked her what caused it, she told me it is from aging and it is normal and have nothing to worry about. From aging?? I am not even 40 yet!
So anyone know what that condition is called? I am due to have the pacer taken out in a month and I need to know everything beforehand.

I got the report today and it says Mild mitral regurgitation and mild tricuspid regurgitation. My questions is since they are both mild and the nurse did tell me that I don't need to worry about it now. Well it ever get worst over time? I am due to have my pacemaker taken out next month by another EP doc. Should I rethink about the pacer taken out part?

Ask her if she means there is regurgitation? Get copies of your echo reports and compare them yourself.
