clicking

hi everyone i no my question is not pm related but i am a little concernd ,my hsband has a pm and a merchanical mitral valve witch we here clicking from as the norm but last night it was missing a click and then a pause then started again ,i was woundering if any one on here has the same and nows if this is normal thank you x

I also have a mechanical mitral valve and an ICD. I hear my clicking sometimes. I also hear a skipped click as my heart sometimes skips a beat. It had done this for a very long time on a regular basis so I am use to it. Did his heart ever skip a beat before? Is he just getting use to it or has he had it a long time. I can be listening to mine and it seems to stop but of course it doesnt. I think its a matter of how the sound travels through your body also.

thank you for you info ,he had mitral valve fitted in july last yr have he also has af ,and bracacardi a pacemaker was fitted in october last yr so before all this his heart beat was all over the place missing beats and very slow .
