Me again!

So I posted a while back that I was to have a CT scan....Well I have received my results and not too sure whether it's soething i should be worried about.
A bit of background:
1993: Previous repair of partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage (secundum ASD with right pulmonary venous drainage to high superior vena cava - baffling of right sided pulmonary vein across atrial septum to left atrium through the ASD)
1995: Post op sinus node disorder with junctional rhythum and junctional bradycardia requiring pm implantation (for junctional bradycardia down to 26bpm and frequent pauses in excess of 2 seconds)

My results from CT scan:
"he CT scan was undertaken as a matter of routine in order to confirm the pulmonary venous drainage in view of her previous anatomy and also to make sure there was no pulmonary venous obstruction. Interestingly it does still show some anomaly of the pulmonary vebous drainage. Starting with the conclusion there is persistent partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage at the right lung to the azygos system draining inferiorly. The significant potion of the right lung is anomalously drainging in this way although the right heart is not dilated. The medial basal segments of the right lower lobe do drain into the left atrium.
There is no evidence of pulmonary venous obstruction but still a degree of partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage to the azygos vein. I do not think this is of haemodynamic significance in view of the lack of right heart dilation."

I ahve no clue what this means!! My consultant said in the letter to call if i have any Qs which i did but he never called me back so does anyone know what this means?!!!
