Thanks so much!!

I just wanted to thank anyone and everyone who read my message, story, and responded. I have come to accept this "thing" on my chest, long in part to those of you who said it's ok to feel the way I do, and you made me feel better about having my PM/ICD.
None of this is easy, but we are all somewhat in the "same boat". Something I think I needed to hear. You all are the best.

Glad you have come to feel this way. We are very lucky these days to have our devices. It's not only extending our lives, but more importantly is makes our lives more enjoyable.

My little angel (pm) is 8 months old now. And I have almost forgotten she is there, keeping me here. I am sure you will find the day when you won't think of it.

you have to look at things. It is great to be alive isnt it even with lifes little problems which they are when you think of some of the things we have been thru. I was asked in a survey what my favorite day of the week was and my answer was everyday that I wake up in the morning to enjoy another day is my favorite. I love your sign on name anewday nice choice. Have a wonderful day.
