weird feeling

a weird question but does anyone know why i can feel a crakling sensation over my pacemaker especially when moving my arm?

i had my pm reimplanted deeper into the muscle four months ago everything was fine and i couldnt even feel it until three days ago i can now feel it just beneath the skin and it actually feels like a crunching noise every time i move my arm as if ipm moving over a bone very weird never experienced anything like this even with the old pm which id had six years

Have you been exercising or doing anything new that could irritate it? Mine is buried pretty deep also and if I add something new to my exercise routine, it can get a bit achy for a while. It's never creaked tho! I don't know what to tell you. Maybe ask the surgeon?

How long have you had it? If it's new, it might just be things settling in and healing.
