update

Hi everyone and God bless. Just wanted to give an update...im safely in florida now. I really do love the weather here. Its amazing! Have not found a doctor yet but will be seeing a primary care doctor soon who will refer me to a good cardiologist.
Just wanted to say hi to all and hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving. You are all truly remarkable people. Thanks for your support and your help. God bless you all.

Good for You!! All good people reside in Florida. Also the Medical Profession have had lots of Drs' make the move so you should have the choice of the best. God willing you will have the best of care. DonB

Good docs in Tampa

Hi im new to this group and also relativly new to Florida although i hate the weather especially now with bein sick i have found the best group of doctors here I live in Sun City but i have had all of my surgeries(3 so far) at Tampa General and the surgeon have is GREAT!!! He was just written up in the paper here His name is Dr Caldera, he and his partner Dr Sheffield are the head of transplant at Tampa General He did my first and third surgery and his partner did the second, but i had Dr Mester put in my pacemaker b/c it was a little hard to get them to do this easy(his words) procedure. But i have been happy with them all Mester and my primary cardiologist Dr Dewhurst are out of Bay Area Cardiology I cant say enough great things about them the docs and especially the nurses there are a Godsend!!! One of their nurses even gave me her cell and checks up on me on her own time shes my guardian angel!!! Anyway sorry to babble on if u have any questions about them or need any info about anything please feel free to email me. Good luck and great health to u and Happy Thanksgiving!!

thank you so much Phillie Fred...I will check those doctors out to see it they are in my plan. I definitely am looking for a good doctor because i have many issues and I want some one who is caring and will not be judgemental. I have experienced doctors who give me the cold shoulder because im young...like they dont really believe me. I bet it i was 80 they would pay more attention huh? lol.
