So I finally went back to my Zumba class last night. I received my pacemaker back in October of last year and have been a chicken to go back. I have to say I felt better during the class than I ever had before. Makes me love this pacemaker of mine even more!!! It just amazes me how much better my life has became in the last 7 months.

I am so happy for you!! Indeed Zumba is fun! I am trying to get back to my swimming. I got mine in December. But still nervous about the pool.I am gonna try soon .
