I have cardiac sarcoidosis. Should my grown children get checked?

Hi all!

I suffered complete heart block in 2014 and received a dual-lead pacemaker, which I'm now 100% dependent on. Three years later I was diagnosed with cardiac sarcoidosis.  As some experts say, "the first presentation of cardiac sarcoidosis is often the last presentation" (i.e. sudden death), so I'm  wondering:  As sarcoidosis is believed to be partially genetic, should I get my 27-year old twins checked out for sarc?

Thanks! Your advice is appreciated!  :-)

If it's genetic, then they might want to know what they are dealing with.
