A Boston Scientific tech told me today that the minute ventilation problem fix has been approved by the FDA. It is supposed to be sent to clinic techs on the 4th of September. Hope that is good news for anyone with MV turned off, as mine has been since February. Good luck.

Keeping a very close eye on this. At the time I reported problems 4 years ago, BS maintained I was the only one, but slowly (obviously), more cases were found.
My own cardiologist hasn’t been helpful at all and didn’t know that this solution was in the works until I told him a few weeks ago. Given the atrocious way BS handled my case and sent me home with pacemaker settings that were worse than the initial problem, I won’t be getting my MV switched back on until I see that it has worked with others because I’m so frightened of ending up in an even worse place.
