4 years & going strong!!

I have had my PM for 4 years now & forget I even have it, exept when I accidentally touch it. For all you with new ones, hang in there because it gets better. Now I hate to think of replacing it in a couple of years. But it is worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

Good for you!!!! I rarely give mine a thought, either, other than when I'm grateful for all the things it allows me to do.

Replacements are really easy! I've had three now. Leads and creating the pocket that holds the pm are the hard parts of getting a new pm. Unless you have a problem, they don't have to mess with either of them to do a replacement. They go in the same place and open the pocket, disconnect the old pm from the leads, hook up the new one, close the pocket. Fast and easy! I'm usually a bit sore for a week or so but nothing that tylenol can't handle, and there are no restrictions on raising your arm, etc, as there would be on a new one. Nothing to it!

I agree with Vegasken. I have had the pleasure of my pacer for 3 and 1/2 years. I also forget mine is there. I also don't think of it as a handicap as some do. It is an awesome gift.. Bowlrbob
