I have posted this link before, but, I feel it bares repeating:

It is the most informative & complete site I have found: loaded with condition explanations & visuals..( both stable & animated ).

Traveling through all the links is a long journey, so pack a lunch and have plenty of water on hand...you can bookmark..( or add to favorites )...the link in order to take excursions as your time allows.

I hope you will try it....it is an indispensible " tutorial " for me.

Thank you so much and you so right, need all day and all night to sift throught the site, but the more information we can arm ourselves with the more involved we can be and become educated to ask the right questions. I have found over the years not every doc will think of everything and sometimes the right question can send them in a different / correct direction.

But I think it will make me feel a lot better. My stamina to walk is already better, even right after surgery. They had me walk all around the floor before they would release me. I did so without being exhausted and winded the way I had been.
