re: Disappointment//

Thank all of you for your comments. It was not ment that negative. I am sorry when some people give it another interpretation. And it was not an attack. I realy think a good balanced diet is good for everybody, whatever the desease. There is a connection between healty food and deseases. This information is not from my cable, I have none, but based on statistics and figures. 10 years ago I heard from my damged heart. Technology was not that far, so no pm for my heart condition at that time. I started to inform me about at least a healthy diet and do this ever since. It kept me going, too. 4 1/2 years ago I was lucky to have my first pm and realy it improved my quality of life. Now I live in Asia for some years allready and tried to know more about the nutrion overhere. I thought maybe some of you should be interested. There are a lot of people knowing extremely much about the technicel things from pm's and leads. Others are very supportive. I thought I could support with sharing information about nutrition and health. And. Marijke English is not my first language

Hi marijke,

After reading your post I can see that your intention was to help with suggestions about diet and heart health. So I too would like to say I am sorry for drawing the wrong conclusion.

I too have looked to my diet to see where I can make healthier choices. I think that my diet is ok, but that there is always room for improvement. I have recently added a lot more fresh veggies and fruits to my diet and fiber as well. Exercise? I have added 10 min. of cardio workout to my schedule.

I sure hope it helps me feel stronger. I heart is strong and healthy for the most part and I would like to keep it that way.

Thank you for communicating a 2nd time, what you were trying to say. Sometimes when translating into a second language the meaning can change just enough to change the "tone" of the message.

I hope you will forgive me for jumping to the wrong conclusion.

Healthy diets for all, is what I say! =) No matter where you live. Eat well, live long and love often... Or something like that.

Have a wonderful all of you!

This must be my week for misinterpreting things and having to say sorry.

Soooooooooooooo, sorry!!!!!

The Asian diet is very probably much better than that consumed by the average person in the UK but, there are always unfortunate people in life who eat well, exercise, follow all the rules and still get ill and I think I probably over reacted a bit because I consider myself to be one of them.
