Couldn't Wait for Today!

Hello friends! I'm not asking for comments or anything of that nature, because I get really embarassed. But today I turn 14!!! I must not forget that my pm deserves a salute also, or I would not have come this far. Speaking of pacemakers, mine turns 14 today too! I think it's fun to walk around saying 'it's my birthday and my anniversay!' Then people look at me and say 'you're too young to be married.' Then I explain the situation to them and their eyes get real big and whatever else people do when they find out a young person has one. It's quite funny actually...

Hope you have a great day. You are about 8 hours behind us in the UK so it probably is early morning there. It is 13.10 here (ie 1.10pm) at the moment. People's reaction when I tell them I have a pacemaker is also quite funny. I am at the other end of the age scale!! They either don't know what to say or say 'I know someone with a pacemaker' and they go on to say they don't know much about them. Even though you are only 14 you are doing well and are very positive, and when you are a bit older they will have replaced the pacemaker by some other more advanced technilogical alternative which will be less obtrusive. Over the years they have already become smaller.
