Neck and Shoulder Pain

Hi Everyone! and Happy New Year.

Question: I have read in the past where a lot of people here experience neck and/or shoulder pain (and sometimes collarbone pain) ... I was wondering if anyone ever got an answer.

I've been experiencing, on and off, for the past 4 years this needle like pain in my neck (where you take your pulse) and my complete shoulder and upper arm aches like I've been punched. It hurts!!

Just wondering what it could be. I've mentioned it numerous times to my doctor(s) and they don't seem too concerned. I even had an ultrasound (dopplar) of my arm and no clots.

hmmmmmmmmmm.

Any ideas anyone?

I too have off and on a pain in the neck, The answer I received and it may not apply to all was that with my device I have 4 leads going into a small vessel, intially it after surgery it was really bad, now just off and on like when I turn a certain way and what not. I chalk it up to the resistance that the blood flow has with the obstacles in the way. Now if I could figure out how to stop the itching I would be set.
