fitted

Is that regional terminology? I've only ever heard it used here on this list. My docs say implanted or just getting a pm.

So, the real question is... am I the only one who sees "fitted" and thinks bras....

fitted

to me seems like fitted for a jock strap, or fitted for a uniform, or a fancy pair of pants, or wedding dress.
Fitted seems like something you wear. Not something that's "implanted".
That's just my take, though, and people (like Mikey who likes everything but his ICD) think I'm crazy or something.
LOL!

Back in my corporate days. I don't even own a suit now. Just a basic blue blazer.

Try these definitions for fitted and see if one fits.

To be the proper size and shape for: These shoes fit me.
To cause to be the proper size and shape: The tailor fitted the trousers by shortening them.
To measure for proper size: She fitted me for a new jacket.
To be appropriate to; suit: music that fits your mood.
To be in conformity or agreement with: observations that fit the theory nicely.
To make suitable; adapt: fitted the shelves for large books.
To make ready; prepare: Specialized training fitted her for the job.
To equip; outfit: fit out a ship.
To provide a place or time for: You can't fit any more toys in the box. The doctor can fit you in today.
To insert or adjust so as to be properly in place: fit a handle on a door.

Smitty, I kinda like "to equip; outfit a ship" I have been equipped with my titanium buddy...

Frank, the most comfortable bra I own is the one I let them fit me for at the store instead of picking out a pretty one on my own. So "fit" reminds me of that. How about tux, is that easier for you? ;o)

I haven't worn one of those since I got married in 1959.

You know you're wired when...

Bad hair days can be blamed on your device shorting out.
