NELLIE: Welcome to the PM Club. Being a member gives you soooo many, many benefits. You can post questions, you can comment to others, you can agree not to disagree with your newest best friends (LOL), you have the support of over 10,000 people who are in the same "boat" you are, just a lot with different circumstances, you can order from the PM Club Store, you can post pic(s). of you and your loved ones & the bestest times you have while "pacing", and on & on & on. There does not seem to be a limit what you can get done, look up, say, ask, or anything else in YOUR new PM Club.

I learned really quick that no question is ever too large or too small, never too negative nor mundane to ask this great "bunch". I am the "worrier" & the "long winded" & the people who "comment" back to me still have good, educated, very helpful answers.

Hello Nellie and welcome to the club where you'll find everyone's on your side and any and every question you can think of with regard to pacing (or indeed much else besides) will be answered in a reasoned way.

Watch out for these Pacer Chicks, though! I'm very wary of them and circulate around their fringes because I'm an elderly person and easily confused! When they get together they make the Furies look tame. Louise isn't know as Loopy for nothing, you know!

Do hope you soon adjust to the pacer. At first it all seems highly unlikely that the day will come when you don't pay it any attention. I didn't believe it - but it happens. Again, welcome. Kind wishes, Sheila
