It's such a major event and a new experience for most of us. Feeling uncomfortable (for a while), is something we have to live with.
The GOOD news is, it gets better quickly,
This is not much comfort right now, I know.
Keep your shoulder moving, (nothing overhead or heavy) and the leads should stay in place.

You have do something extreme to pull a lead out of place.

Keep in touch, people here can be a great help.
Best wishes,
John

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.
