here again

well guys i thought i would give you the lastest on the swollen ankles saga . i have been to the doctors 3 times now and they have all listened to my chest and said it is clear iam continuing to have coughing sessions and cant breath. it comes and goes i still have swollen ankles . i had a ecg on saturday at my emergency walk in centre only to be told by the doctor "that he thinks everything is ok but hes not sure as he doesnt know how to read a ecg from someone who has a pacemaker" that gives you a great deal of confidence. so i rang my heart hospital and left a message . i rang at nine and at 3 they rang back only to say the computers where down and they cant do anything til tomorrow morning.. do you ever get the feeling that you should have stayed in bed. lol ive been talking to some people and quite frankly iam concerned its happened to them and they said it sounds like CHF well i will have to ring them again tomorrow and hope the computers working and that they can help me , i thought i would share my week with you

in addition to salt, I tend to swell if I eat white flour, white rice, white bread, white sugar... all those yummy whites!
