PM getting stuck in ribcage

New to this site and drawing a blank on vocab. I have the PM that is placed abdominally (wires are set on exterior of heart). What the heck is that called - I can't remember. Anyway, does anyone have this type and have problems with it moving around too much? I love not having the lump on my chest anymore, but the darn thing gets stuck in my ribs if I bend over or curl up just so - hurts like h---. And now I'm pretty sure it has settled right up against my esophagus. Comments? Suggesetions?
