resting rate..

My resting rate (sleeping) will run down into the low to high 40's sometimes. It's usually 60-70 during the day. In highschool, I used to run around 50-55 all day long, unless I exerted myself, but still didn't go really high. I used to run cross country in highschool, so lots of long distance running, so that was perfectly normal.

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
