shoulder, neck arm pain

I am currently in physical therapy because of pain since my P.M. was inserted- also a marked lack of mobility on my left side. The P. T. has definately helped with my range of motion but I still have fairly constant shoulder discomfort. Anyone else have this and did you find a satisfactory solution?

Confused About Rate Response

Hi

I have my interrogation report in front of me and wondered how I could tell from the print out that the rate response is off. Unfortunately I don't have the report from my first visit three weeks ago when the rate response was turned off (which completely cured my breathlessness which started as soon as the PM was fitted). Under the section headed rate response, it says:
Rate Response
Optimization - On
ADL Response - 3
Exertion Response 3
ADLR Percent - 2...

Pacing with new developments of Atrial Fib

Well, it has been a long time since I have posted. I just recently got out of Sacred Heart Hospital here in Spookane, WA. for Atrial Fibrillation and was treated with a cardioversion which was a success. I am now taking Tekosyn and a ton of other meds to ensure my QT stays in a good zone. All this started because I was feeling symptoms of heartattack and sweats and all that, which could have been associated with the medication, treated for mitral valve prolapse. I was on betablockers at the t...

Perhaps admin can fix it sometime or tell us what is wrong as a lot of us have trouble being "chucked out of chat" Take care it was nice to talk to someone new. Future

Wonder if any folks have been able to get rid of pacemakers by alternate means (other than death, lol) such as naturalistic methods?
Of course could see that if so, they might not still be using this club (lol).

What an informative website. Found it a couple of weeks ago and see lots of support!

I had my pacemaker for Bradycardia. I had it since April of 2005. I pace in the upper chamber 30% of the time. I had one lead fall within the first week, but they changed the end of it to make it stick or grab better.

Also see that others here had a sore or burning scar, I did too, but it got better with time. I also went through a little depression with this new hunk of metal in me....

I am also having problems with low blood pressure, but I think that is the medication. I am not suppose to have another check until June. I was hoping to feel more get up and go by now.
